Change of Mind
Unopened bottles in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Corked or Faulty Wine
If a bottle is corked, oxidised or otherwise faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — and we'll cover the return.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Start a Return
Email cellar@twcwinery.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within one business day.
